Amazing Customer Service! Out in under 10 minutes. I've always done my own work, but couldn't loosen this oil filter, and could not buy the correct tool at Auto Parts. A beautiful friendly young lady quickly put my car over the pit. The mechanic twisted it loose, and offered me the cap tool he used. No charge. That is how they treat NON-customers!!! I can't imagine how well they take care of customers. The world should take notice. Bravo! Looking at so many 5-star reviews, I now recommend to all my neighbors.
I came in here about a week ago and dealt with Mike. I had recently taken my car to a tires plus in Jacksonville. I wanted to get my AC fixed up for the summer. My AC worked ok but could be colder, they returned to me a vehicle that blew only hot air when I returned with it they quoted me almost $3000 saying I needed a completely new system that the compressor and vacuum is broken. I brought my car in to Jiffy Lube. They did a pressure test and it turned out. It was just some tubes which they fixed and completely recharge my system for around $300. Everything has been working great since. It is really hard to find reliable people, especially in a day and age where skilled trades like these are more uncommon, and most of us can easily be taken advantage of. My grandmother and my mother both live in Melbourne, and this is where we will all be going from now on. Thank you for the great customer service Mike.
Our Urban Prime Catering van unexpectedly broke down, and we had it towed to the Jiffy Lube location on North Wickham Road. What could have been a very stressful situation quickly turned into a truly positive experience thanks to the incredible people there. Owner Pam Campbell and technician Jeff Uhrig are truly some of the best professionals we have encountered. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family. Pam personally took the time to understand our situation and made sure our catering vehicle received the attention and care it urgently needed. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine kindness reflect what true leadership looks like. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly takes great pride in his work. When your business depends on reliable transportation, meeting people who truly care makes all the difference. Their honesty, communication, and commitment to doing the job right gave us complete confidence. If you are looking for an oil change or repair work, we highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.
