Great service. I had been to a another Take 5 prior and the process took almost 2 hours (which is standard for most oil shops and dealerships but you get to stay in your car). At this one it was literally 10 minutes from when I arrived to done and rolling out. It was like the commercial, I had planned to eat my lunch and do some work but it was “too fast.” Everyone was courteous and pleasant. Great job.
So glad I went to Take 5! I usually go to another place but only T5 was open on Sunday. I'm glad I did! They noticed my coolant was severely overfilled. They rested it and even though it was only 15k miles since the last time it was changed, it has already gone bad because of the lack of airflow in the chamber. This was causing all sorts of issues and now it's all resolved. I was very grateful that they noticed and said something. Great service, very professional, and quick!
I stopped by because I was in the area and I had a great experience! I was handed a bottle of water on a hot day which was nice and the employees were polite, courteous and quick. They did some complimentary work like filling the air in my tires, cleaning the windshield, filling up fluids, etc which I appreciated. I was recommended a service based on what my car needed, but I was not pressured to purchase it or any other service/upgrade. I would say that I think the employees deserve to have more fans put up in the shop for them working in this FL heat during the summer (just an observation, no one complained about anything) Thanks again for the awesome service guys!
