I felt like the whole crew gave me spotlight treatment today. They went above and beyond for my concerns today. I came in for roadtrip services (fluid top off) that couldn’t be completed at a different company. Just prior to leaving I remembered I had a finicky blinker. The team quickly jumped on looking into how to resolve not only my blinker concern but headlights as well. I truly felt taken care of today. A huge thank you to the wonderful crew members for making sure my family is safe to go for our upcoming trip. Have a lovely summer ?.
I have been to MANY Jiffy Lubes, I go about once a month since I drive for a living. This is hands down the best one i’ve ever been to. For starters, there was no line, so I was able to be in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. The workers were very kind and efficient. Angel in particular was very helpful. They asked me if I wanted them to check the cabin filter, something nobody at any of the other locations has ever asked me. It definitely needed to be replaced as it was very dirty. I mentioned that I often get very congested while driving my work car and Angel said it could be due to this filter not being replaced in a very long time! i’m looking forward to seeing if that was the culprit. When so many companies are severely lacking in their customer service skills, I’m incredibly grateful for people like the workers at this location in Lakewood because not only are they knowledgeable, they were thorough and fast and they were just very kind and treated me with respect.
I had an excellent experience with the Oil Change Crew. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. The team member Dee who helped me took the time to explain everything clearly, including the services my vehicle needed and the recommendations, without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and patience in answering all of my questions. It's great to find a business that truly values customer service.
