Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in Washington. I had my husband’s car towed here for repairs, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, Matt took incredible care of me! He stayed in constant communication, walked me through everything, and made a stressful situation feel completely manageable, even while I was at work. When we arrived at the shop, Tiffany, John, and Daryl were just as amazing. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, broke down the costs clearly, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. No pressure, no confusion; just genuine, honest service. They truly went above and beyond. In fact, we were so impressed that I came back the very next day for an oil change for my car. I highly recommend this shop. I’ll gladly drive 50 minutes just to come back here—that’s how good they are.
I’ve been here to this Jiffy Lube 3 times and it has always been a pleasant experience. They are all friendly and highly knowledgeable. They seem like a close work team. They always get me in and out fast. Always quick to let me know of any recommendations based on mileage and anything they see that needs attention. Awesome experience! I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and more specifically this location.
As a young woman I get nervous doing anything with my car, I’ve accidentally payed too much for small things in the past. Marty was patient, and all around wonderful. He explained what’s best for my car as well as other options if I wanted, he didn’t try and swindle me into anything I didn’t need either. Told me my engine filter was dirty, but it would last a few more oil changes and to bring my own next time and he would put it in for free. Even if it’s a bit pricier than some local places, I’ll come to this jiffy lube every time from now on.
