Was a little annoyed at first because I pulled into the wrong Bay and they needed me to like back all the way up and pull into the other one straight. I was wondering why they couldn't just do that since I was going to leave the car with them while I shop somewhere else? However they totally made it right. They did a great job, we're super fast and gave me the discount currently offered a coupon even though I didn't have the coupon
This was our first time using Jiffy Lube on Scotch Plains and it won’t be our last. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We felt extremely comfortable and confident with their guidance and workmanship. We definitely recommend using Jiffy Lube for your car care!
The Scotch Plains (Terrill Rd) location is my all time go-to. The team there is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are the only people I allow to service my car. To top it off, the location is very clean is well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!?
