I initially came in for a rear differential fluid replacement and called ahead to make sure they had the additive for a LSD, and ask about pricing. Ted answered every one of my questions easily. When I got there, there was only one other person in the bay and I was able to pull right in. Immediately the team worked together cohesively, and as they did, I asked if they also had oil/filter that I wanted- Henry (?) let me look at his screen to choose the oil I wanted. As they were doing such a good job, I asked about doing a transmission swap also, and they do indeed provide this service. So I asked on price and all that, and we agreed to go forward with that. Meanwhile, everyone else decided to go get their fluids changed, and as such, lines started to form. They did not miss a beat. These guys stepped up their game, worked so well with each other, and continued to provide a spa day for my classic girl (‘96 F250 with the powerstroke), while still serving the other bay and providing excellent service to those customers as well- getting through their needs quickly and efficiently met. The owner of this JL should be absolutely proud to have each and every one of those guys on their team. A speck thank you to Omar who really respected my girl and treated her right! Now please come to Seaside and buy the Valvoline spot that is currently for sale and get a great team for this type of stuff out where I live please!
Came for an oil change on an older car (2008 Commander), ended up needing a couple other fluids replaced and a flush (did actually need, drove 3K miles in 9 days). The staff were fast, friendly and not too pushy like some places can be. Will definitely be back for our regular oil changes from now on.
They were awesome! Fast, friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, very safe and demonstrated team work like a well, “oiled,” machine. Thanks. I would recomend this location and enjoy going there myself. I will go there again! Oh, one more thing, they were able to discount some services above and beyond my standard oil change, and in today's economy every savings helps. Awesome. Thanks again
