I called ahead and spoke with a representative by the name of Jomo and asked how much an oil change would be for my 2020 dodge Journey he gave me a quote and everything that was included he also asked me if it was my first time coming to a jiffy lube because I was a 1st time customer I mentioned the Jiffy15 code for $15 off my oil change when I arrived I was greeted by a team of young professional men who guided me in to the service area after introductions and an understanding of my needs as a customer they began working diligently my favorite part was how they were all communicating to each other what they were doing and when they were ready for the next step one of the team members explained to me that if at anytime I run low on any fluids in between services I can comeback for free top offs including windshield wiper fluid.... ? no more 5 gallon jugs from the gas stations not to mention they have a mechanic on the premises ready to make minor repairs breaks struts shocks headlamp and brake lamp bulbs rotors and average tune ups they even offer head light restoration services to turn those ugly yellow hazy lights bright clean and clear again truly a white glove service here at this location “MENTION THAT YOU READ THIS REVIEW AND YOU WILL GET A FREE CHRISTMAS TREE CAR FRESHENER WITH YOUR SERVICE”
Went for a NYS inspection this morning. Great and Friendly staff. Extremely efficient in what else was needed such as wipers and a tire rotation. During the rotation a staff member noticed a rip in my front tire. Gave me a great place to go to. Thanks again and I will be back!
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional and efficient—they took care of my brake fluid change, fixed my brakes, handled my transmission service, and completed an oil change all in one visit. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was quick without compromising quality. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend them for reliable and honest service!
