When I arrived at the shop, one of the mechanics directed me on how to pull in. He asked me what services I needed in a friendly & professional manner. I let him know I needed an oil change and the tires to be rotated. They got right on it since they were not that busy at the time. I would say my wait time was no more than 30 minutes which impressed me. I went to Jiffy Lube on Cedar Blvd near New Park Mall. I was very happy with the service I received. Thank you Jiffy Lube!
Had a fantastic experience at the Newark Jiffy Lube! Manager Steven and his team provided top-notch service for my 2014 Honda Civic. They were professional and efficient, completing a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation smoothly. I really appreciated the thorough multi-point inspection, including tire pressure checks and fluid top-offs. Also, the $20 discount for my second vehicle was a great bonus. Highly recommend this location for fast and reliable maintenance!
