I can't rave enough about how great, nice, and sincere of an experience I had with the folks over at this Hayward Jiffy Lube location. I've always been a 'get it done at the dealership' type of person and this was my FIRST ever time going to a dedicated oil change location... and what an above and beyond experience I had with the dedicated staff that took ownership of my service. HUGE shout out to Emilio, Jamal, Allen, and Nick. I hope they get the recognition they deserve!
These guys are cool I think it was the manager that he helped me out. My dipstick was broken He had a hell of an He had an hell of a Time getting it outand he put one in for free because I Got the wrong one from the store. But I haven’t been going to these guys for years
I always get good service here. My mom recommended this place to get my oil changed. Service is always quick and efficient. I appreciate them wiping my windows down too. Jamal always explains what’s going on with my oil change and recommends other services and products. Today they took care of me once again. My car was moving better once they took care of the oil change. If you want friendly and efficient service come to this Hayward location.
