I’ve used this Jiffy Lube multiple times for routine oil changes, and they continue to leave a solid impression. What stood out most during this visit was just how fast the service was. I arrived about 15 minutes after opening, and with only one other car ahead of me, they had me in and out surprisingly quickly. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Even though my vehicle was already in their system from previous visits, they still treated me like a valued regular customer and made the experience feel personable rather than transactional. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Pricing felt fair and reasonable for the convenience, and the overall operation seemed organized and efficient. The service bays and waiting area were clean, and the team communicated clearly without being overly pushy about add-ons or extra services. Overall, this is a dependable spot for quick maintenance if you want efficient service, friendly employees, and a hassle-free experience.

They explained everything clearly, completed the oil change quickly, and even checked a few extra things to make sure my car was in good shape. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. It’s nice to find a place that values both quality service and your time—I’ll definitely be coming back.
This was the fastest experience I ever had, granted I only needed an Uber inspection, but they were super nice super friendly staff greeted me with a smile handle their business and under 20 minutes! The facility was clean. I have nothing but high praises to sing for the Jiffy Lube on De Soto and Roscoe!
