Kevin Jose and Tyree provided excellent service during my oil change. They were professional, respectful, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated that they communicated clearly and treated me with respect. I’ve visited in the past under previous management and had a very different experience, where I did not feel treated with the same level of professionalism. This team, however, has completely changed my impression. I highly recommend them.
Kevin and Tyree were outstanding. When I asked questions, they took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my car. Their patience and genuine care for customer understanding really stood out. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent service. I’ve visited in the past under previous management and had a very different experience, where I did not feel treated with the same level of professionalism. (Also to the point I did not want to return to the store) This team, however, has completely changed my impression. I highly recommend them. They definitely deserve a raise. @ jiffy Lube You definitely have two great employees right here!!
This was my first time coming to Jiffy Lube to get my car serviced and I had a great experience. Kevin, James, and Mikey helped me and were friendly and updated me on everything my car needed servicing on. The service was quick and painless, I will definitely be returning here next time!
