The team did an excellent job, even in the face of ridiculous heat. However, corporate/management needs to take better care of its employees. No fans or any indication of heat exhaustion mitigation were present in the garage. That's bad for morale, and at 110 degrees, presents safety issues for the staff. Such a small lift and low investment could be made to better empower the employees.
I’ve always had nothing but great experiences here. The employees always communicate SO well - to customers and to each other. They take the time to explain things to you to help you make the best decision for your car. It’s always a stress-free and quick visit for an oil change - and it’s a plus that their music choices in the bay are usually top tier. ☺️ Love Take 5 and appreciate them making this part of car maintenance such an easy experience.
Marissa was incredibly kind, made sure to educate me on what concerns she saw. I would recommend this take 5 to ANYONE in the area. Always have good deals and coupons and incredibly quick. I got my coolant changed and my oil changed.
