There was an older gentleman (forgot his name, sorry!) who greeted me as I pulled up & asked what I was hoping to have done. He had me wait inside while he took a look. He came inside & explained what he found. He was patient and kind in his explanation; he didn't patronize me just because I'm a woman (like other car places I've been to). I really appreciated this. He explained about the oil gauge, the air filter (its coloring & what it meant), the percentage of the life of the battery and a few other things. When he did up the total for me, I showed him a coupon and he made sure I got the discount. The price was a lot cheaper for all the work they did (parts too) compared to the dealership where I bought the car & usually take my car. Jiffy Lube will be the place I go to for all my car concerns going forward!
For an oil change and a tire rotation, my experience was as smooth as can be expected. Great location on Rt. 22, no appointment needed, four service bays, almost zero waiting, great staff (pleasant & knowledgeable), nice accommodations. Pricing is reasonable. Will use again.
On Sun of Memorial Day weekend, I drove right in. Travis at the front desk was friendly & informative. He showed me the condition of filters & provided options. He allowed me to stack 2 coupons. The manager came out & was friendly & high energy. Definitely will go back!
