There was a long line when I arrived, but the team kept everyone informed about the expected wait time, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was exceptionally kind and courteous throughout the entire visit. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a bit nervous, but they made the experience smooth, easy, and seamless. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to returning for my next oil change.
The service technicians were all courteous and professional. They all worked wonderfully together in performing high quality service efficiently. I also really appreciate that the manager, Enrique, was honest in saying that my air filter was still clean. In addition to the excellent oil change service, I needed to replace a burned out headlight. The technician proactively checked all my lights, including the high beams, turn signals and brake lights, which I didn't think to ask him, but I am very grateful that he did it. His proactive service saved me from an extra trip if another light were burned out. Thank you for your awesome service at Valvoline. I will continue to be your customer, and I will highly recommend Valvoline to others.
Danny and the team always do more then just what is required. They understand the economy and do the little things so you get the most out of your money. Danny always personally greets me while the rest of the team are polite and work. Nobody on their phones standing around which is a huge rarity nowadays. All were working and getting us customers back on the road in less then 15 minutes. Well worth the knowledge of knowing your car is set with its fluods and the lights and filters are good. Stress gone Car back healthy!
