I was driving through the City of Torrance and decided to stop here at JiffyLube. Mr. Sanchez was great in explaining and showing everything that was going on with my Audi Q3. These guys are about business and not bullshit like other companies that I’ve encountered. To all just come to the 190th Torrance location for your vehicle maintenance. They were great!!! Five stars without hesitation！ I always come to this location. The manager, Jose, and all of the mechanics here are truly professional. Whenever there is any concern, they explain everything clearly and thoroughly. There are no suspicious charges, no unnecessary upselling, and no delays with repairs. In the past, I had experiences at other shops where they wouldn’t even use the oil I brought for an oil change, which made it difficult for me to fully trust them. This team, however, earned my trust through their honesty, professionalism, and consistent actions. I genuinely don’t want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location.
José was very helpful and attentive. The team did a great job, I was in and out for an oil change within 30 mins. I highly recommend this place, last time I came here I was traveling back from Utah and they topped off my oil for free. This team gives the best service in the South Bay
