I’ve been coming to this location for several years. Everytime I come they take care of my needs with honesty and kindness my experience today: I had just bought 2 new tires 4 weeks ago and went to tire kingdom where I bought them because I wanted them to check for a nail. Was told $50 and 2 hours to wait. Drove to jiffy live and they checked the tire within 1 minute and they said it looks good but if I need to in the future they could repair it. Saved me 2 hours and $50. This is by far the best jiffy lube location I’ve been to since getting my license 50 years ago!!!!!
I brought my car in for the 60,00 mile service. The servicemen were polite, knowledgeable and explained everything they were recommending and the cost. I’ve been a customer here for my oil changes for 15 years and will continue to be a satisfied customer. Also, enjoyed 10% off coupon for all services!
These men are the sweetest you will ever interact with at a place like this. I can imagine working on cars all day is not an easy job, yet they keep a smile on their faces and are so kind. They never make me feel dumb, being a woman it’s easy to be mistreated or misinformed when it comes to car services, but they never made me feel that way in the slightest. I am always in and out super quickly and I have recommended them to friends who don’t even live nearby. Terry you are amazing !! But so is everyone :)
