I stopped by the Jiffy Lube in Miramar today for an oil change, and the team was absolutely excellent. From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, efficient, and completely on top of everything. They handled my oil change quickly, walked me through all my fluid levels, and made sure every check was done thoroughly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. What really stood out was how professional and attentive the staff were. They explained what they were doing, answered questions clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed with genuine care, but this location nailed it. If you want fast service, honest communication, and a team that treats your car like it matters, this Jiffy Lube location ppis a great choice. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service.

Currently going through a life crisis and she helped me with the payment cause I only carried cash with me and I wasn’t aware of them not taking cash anymore so she was really helpful with that and she gave me the best deals That was great for my car! she’s very kind and helpful if anybody needs to get an oil change done I beg you to come to this Jiffy Lube location everybody working there was very helpful! She coordinated a truly comprehensive service, including a full signature oil change with high-quality blend oil and new oil filter, air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, and even a battery replacement. It felt like a complete top-to-bottom refresh to make sure everything was running safely and efficiently. But what really set Kim apart was her dedication to customer care. She didn’t just process the service—she took the time to educate me, answer questions, and make sure I understood everything about my vehicle. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Outstanding service, incredible professionalism, and someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right.
