What stood out most was Jay’s positive attitude and attention to detail. He created a welcoming environment and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Stopped in right before closing and had a great experience. Jay, the customer service manager, was upfront, professional, and incredibly helpful from the start. He made sure they had the correct oil filter before taking my keys and clearly explained the pricing ahead of time, especially with my V8 requiring more oil. Even though it was close to closing time, he still fit me in without rushing the process. The service was smooth, transparent, and efficient. Really appreciate the honesty and customer care—definitely a 5-star experience.
