Brought in my father-in-law's car, a 2010 VW CC in need of an oil change and lube. The service techs, Shane in particular, was very thorough in their inspection. They noticed that the air filter and cabin filter were caked with dirt, first, and debris. They looked original to the car. I'm sitting the battery test speed only 4% life left in it. Shane worked diligently to replace everything and did a quick interior wipe down for all my troubles. They got the car back into tip-top shape, and looking good inside to-boot. Very impressed, very professional. Would go again.
