Needed to urgently get my brake lights fixed and an oil change. Went to one spot and they tried to overcharge me and gave me a 2 hour wait time minimum. Decided to decline and come over to Jiffy lube and was immediately greeted by Alex who was very kind and helpful. I was able to get my brake lights fixed and my oil change done for less than the other place quoted me. I also only waited 5 minutes before they started working on my car. Quinton and all the other staff was super nice as well! They even fixed some little things that they noticed and gave me helpful info on my car. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car’s needs!!
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the services they offer. Armon, in particular, was extremely professional and made sure I understood the different service packages as well as what my vehicle specifically needed. Alex was also, a pleasure. I really appreciated being able to stay in my car while receiving quick and efficient service....it made the whole process so convenient. Overall, the customer service and transparency were top-notch. I will definitely be coming back!
Aaron and Quentin were amazing! The oil change was super quick, and the everyone was super friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly which I really appreciated. I was in and out in no time, and my car is running great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast and reliable service!
