I asked Brittney about changing my blinker fluid and she was very sweet while explaining i was being punked by all the men in my family. What I really need was just an oil change and windshield fluid. I am definitely going back and asking for her only. She was extremely helpful and educating. Not even a little condicending with her explanation. Any first time car owners should definitely go to this location! ♡
I am so grateful to the general manager of this store, Brittney. My father (85y/o) got a flat tire while driving on Baseline. He pulled over and attempted to change it on his own, when Brittney noticed him and pulled over behind him to offer him some help. He told me she had all the tools in her trunk, and was able to put the spare on in no time. She wasnt on the clock, she was on her way home! She stopped anyway. He tried to give her money, but she gave him her card and asked him to come by and see her sometime instead. Very impressed. She has gained an entire family of loyal customers after today, as well as anyone else I tell this story to. So grateful someone was there for him. This company is lucky to have someone as kind and competent as she is. We will be visiting soon !
I do all of the work on my own car but save oil changes to Jiffy Lube. The manager. Britney at this location is excellent and really runs a good team. Good management means a lot. She is always training up and helping the employees administer quick and easy service. Special thanks to Christian for the excellent service on my headlight warranty. I've tried a lot of products that keep going yellow after a while. I ended up going with a headlight package that I feel was pretty worth it. The quick and easy, no appointment needed always helps me out. Thank you very much Britney and the whole Jiffy Lube team.
