Probably the best and friendliest customer services I have ever received anywhere! I went in alone as someone that knows nothing about cars at all for emissions and an oil change, I knew I had a check engine light and that I was probably gonna have to have something taken care of. I was instantly greeted with smiles and kindness from everyone, they were so helpful and when they gave me the report without me even asking they went into detail and explained what everything meant and showed me, they really made it a point to make sure I didnt feel taken advantage of, and they made sure to tell me what things were not something that needed to be done right away and just let me know and the things that needed to be done for emissions. They have an amazing team at this location, I live in roy but I will always come out to this location from now on.
Had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Eddie! He was super kind, helpful, and took the time to explain everything so I actually understood what was going on with my car. He also helped me figure out the best option for my budget without making me feel pressured. Customer service like his is hard to find. I'm really glad Eddie was the one who helped me. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He definitely deserves a raise or some recognition for how awesome his service was. Thanks again, Eddie!
My experience today at my nearby Jiffy Lube, was just as fast, courteous, and professional as my last visit to Jiffy Lube! I had only been waiting for roughly five minutes after arriving, when I was promptly approached by one of the employees/technicians, and right away, I was greeted and welcomed, in a very genuine and friendly manner. I was asked which services I would be needing today, and I told the gentleman that I only needed emissions testing, and vehicle registration renewal, “On the Spot”. I then was told to “hang tight for just a minute”, and the tech explained briefly that immediately after the single vehicle ahead of me was finished with servicing, they'd get right over to service my vehicle, and offered the option for me to wait briefly in my vehicle, or to feel free to relax inside their facility, where I can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, or ice-cold water, and get comfy in one of the cushioned chairs, while watching a bit of television programming, whilst I waited for the auto techs to complete the servicing of my vehicle. I hadn't waited long, less than 15 minutes, and the super-polite fellow returned, informing me that my beloved vehicle has indeed passed the emissions test, and that he'd be happy to collect my service fees, and send me on my way. I felt so happy and grateful for the speedy but careful servicing of my truck, the genuinely friendly approach, and the reasonable price for the service. As I was turning to leave, I heard from behind me, “hey, you have a great day”! , and as I glanced back at the Jiffy Lube technician, he was smiling and waving his hand, in a “goodbye” gesture. When I climbed back into my truck, I instantly realized, to my surprise, that my vehicle had been thoroughly vacuumed, and it made me smile, and really feel good about my decision to return to Jiffy Lube, for more vehicle services. It's experiences like this which build customer/business relationships, and I will not only be returning in the future for more professional, quality services, but I also would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone seeking a wide variety of professional and guaranteed vehicle upkeep services.
