On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of working with Manuel, and he truly stood out. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless and genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and he's an asset to this company.
I needed a ride share vehicle inspection to avoid temporary deactivation. Called at 6:40p to see if can get inspection done before they closed at 7p. I was approximately 12 mins away and they said they would be able to accommodate. Arrived at 6:55p and (with a smile on their faces) successfully was able to get the car inspected and approved. THANK YOU to Melinda and the team; you guys rock! I really appreciated it. Other locations should learn from you.
