June 25 2026 I visited the Rancho Santa Fe San Marcos location. The team was very helpful and they checked everything. They also gave me comments on some of the things I should check out and they made sure that all of my fluids were topped off and that all of my tires were set to the correct psi. One small feedback I would say is that the location looks like it needs remodeling work. The staff was great, but the location itself looks like it needs a little bit of remodeling. I look forward to coming back for my next oil change hopefully with a renovated location Team that’s assisted me: Lenin’s team: Charlie Kevin and Peter
Great service. Went before closing and they were still happy and willing to help me. Lenin helped me pick the best oil change service for my car. He was not pushy and respected my choice. He even let me use a coupon so super happy with the service. Really recommend this location specifically. They don’t try to up sale you.
Excellent service from Zach and his team. Truly great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and very informative and they made the whole oil change process quick and easy. We stayed in our van while they worked and they even brought candy out to give the kids while we waited which honestly felt like a five star hotel for families. The team was efficient friendly and made sure we understood everything before we left. Super smooth experience and we will definitely be coming back. Ask for Zach he and his team are awesome.
