I always come here for my oil changes. It’s close to home, quick, and there’s never a long wait. The team works efficiently and explains everything clearly. They also have discounts and promotions from time to time, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location behind the Fast 5 Car Wash on Main St. in Irvine. Mark and team were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I authorized a few additional services based upon his online research of my vehicle and mileage. The pricing is very fair, and best of all, all the work was completed in under half an hour. (I came early hoping there would be less customers). I already told some friends about my great experience with Mark and will definitely be back in 5000 miles. Great customer service guys!
Super super friendly, super duper fast!! Everything was done in under an hour, inspection and most services were done in under 30 mins!! I took longer eating lunch that they did with their servicing. Thank you Carlos for your friendliness, customer service, gentleness, and for communicating so thoroughly with me! I think this will be my go-to place for my car C:
