Ella and the rest of the crew were amazing and VERY helpful. They gave me exactly what I asked for, and informed me of several optional services that they recommend. Additionally, they let me know of major services that were coming up so I can anticipate them. As someone who doesn't really understand cars, I feel like I'm in good hands at this location, and ensure to come here for my car's needs!
I always take my car to jiffy lube for sticker renewals. This is my first time at the west valley location, 3500 s just off Bangerter. I was not only happy with my visit but it was fast, friendly, and awesome! They checked everything for me after a big repair I did myself. Even with an extra service, beyond stickers, they still had me out fast and without all the upsell jargon. Love what the store has done with its management and culture. Big shoutout to Cam the manager and his team. Keep up the great work, you guys rock!!!
Quick service. They got me in and out in about 10 minutes.vthey showed me my air filter and explained that it was fine. They checked all my tires and explained everything they were doing along the way. They did a great job at communicating what they were doing and accepted my answers if I didn't feel like I needed something. Really a top noch group at this location.
