these people are extraordinary! i was trying to leave the maverick next to the shop and didn’t realize i had left my gas cap open so one of the workers Blake had caught my attention, let me know i left it open and closed it for me! i ended up turning around and going back to get my emissions test done with them and they were all amazing and have excellent customer service! they definitely take care of their customers here! came back a few weeks later and blake had recognized me and helped me out again extra shout to him!
Went to the Fort Union location to get my emissions, safety, sticker….they were great! They kept me updated (very busy day for them) and explained everything. They got everything done quicker than I thought. Very friendly staff, I had a great experience. This is why I have been coming to this location for years and will continue to for many years. Thanks again guys!!
This Jiffy Lube is by far the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. The staff was professional, and were fast at getting me in and out. Justin was very thorough with going over the inspection that was done on my vehicle. I didn't even know there was a cabin air filter, let alone what it was for. It was definitely time to get it replaced, so i am thankful the staff took the time to make sure my car was running in tip top shape and had the necessary items to keep running in good shape. Thank you Jiffy Lube, Justin and all the professionals working there. I will definitely be back.
