⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️25 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TRUSTWORTHY, NO HASSLE PRICING, BEST AUTO REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I have a 2012 Subaru. I took it to a different mechanic. My front end was shaking if I got above 40 mph. Even though all my issues were on my front end. They ended up making unnecessary repairs on my rear brakes and pads. After dropping $2k my car still shook. They continued to reassure me they made all necessary repairs. So, I pulled into the Jiffy Lube on West temple and spoke to the manager, Marco. He really looked out for me in this situation. With a thorough inspection, they realize my front end rotors were warped. Which should’ve been easily identified and fixed by the previous place. What I love about Jiffy Lube is they actually physically showed me the repair that needed to be done. This really help build trust. From now on, this is the only place I’m going when my car has needs. It’s hard to find a trustable mechanic in this valley. The manager was on top of his game and you could tell his employees were really well trained. The facility is nice. They have a lovely waiting room that’s cool with water available. Don’t waste your time looking around. This is the place to go.
Marco is the best! I work graves and so I was ridiculously tired getting there around 8am or so when they had just opened, but he had me in and out. Quick like. Charles is great too, he's helped me before. But ya, I like em. They are all super friendly and helpful. Thanks again guys! ?
With new management at the North Temple location near downtown Salt Lake, The Manager Marco was very professional and I told him about the issues of the car and he said that he would take care of it and would call me and The service they all gave was wonderful they found out the issues of my car they said they would take care of it and it was at a decent price. Marco thank you so much for all that you did and for your crew as well I am very appreciative and my car is running great. I know there is a lot of trust issues when it comes to that location but with as new manager things have been looking up. Thanks again and I definitely will bring my car back again.
