I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Cameron! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the services being done on my vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Cameron definitely went above and beyond. He made sure everything was handled efficiently while still being personable and respectful the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values customers. Because of the outstanding service I received, I’ll absolutely be returning to this Jiffy Lube in the future. Huge thanks again to Cameron for making the experience such a positive one!
I’m not usually a Jiffy Lube fan. But this location was solid. Trevor was nice and friendly in a non awkward way. They did their usual upsells on everything but they weren’t pushy. I bought one of the upsells but it didn’t feel like the normal Jiffy Lube bulldozer of a sale. Actually felt like a solid recommendation. They were quick. It was almost too much work to pull out my laptop with how quick they were. Seating area had wifi, water, and solid seats. Small so if there’s more than 5 people it’ll feel crowded.
This place is awesome!!!! with all the options in the area, this one is by far the go to!!! quick and professional!! The waiting room has the most comfortable seating, and it smells excellent!!!! The Managers are on top of it here. I came in for a quick oil change and emissions, These guys checked everything from top to bottom and informed me on my brakes, The manager brought me out and showed me how they were, Had a quote ready for me in minutes, To top it off he offered a few discounts and they could have it done in less than an hour.. 45 Minutes later i was on my way. I won't go anywhere else. Excellent job you guys! I wish all shop's performed like this!!
