I had a great experience with this Jiffy Lube location. I pulled up for an emissions inspection and they took care of everything! They explained the results of the test and helped me figure out that I have an issue with my headlight wiring (that easily could have taken a whole weekend of me figuring it out so I was extremely grateful). They even gave me some great recommendations for local places that could fix my wiring and replace my cracked windshield! Sabrina and her team were very effective, helpful, and efficient. I was blown away by the service and it came at a very reasonable price. These guys are great and they weren’t too busy either!
This is the best Jiffy Lube on the west side. The team is courteous, efficient, and quick. I think it is also helpful to know that the staff is required to ask each customer if they would Ike other services. This comes from upper management. So be kind. They are doing what they are asked and honestly just trying to be helpful. You can politely decline if it’s something you do not want to do. I have not had an experience where they have pushy when I have declined services. They just say ok, and move on.

I was super stressed today with a check engine light and my car having a rough time starting and they made it super easy to get all squared away with a new battery, oil change, and a couple other things I needed. The manager Lily and everyone else (Brady, Conner, and Zander I believe) were all great and funny. New car spot for sure :)
