I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on 124th St in Kirkland. I came in to change my car battery and was treated very well from start to finish. Charles was especially helpful—he was professional, patient, and always ready to assist with the situation. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and smooth experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I just moved closer to this location and I was looking for a spot to go for oil changes and maintenance. my first time here and immediately I notice great customer service with enthusiasm and honesty from kawika. super sweet guy. long story short, they won’t waste your time and will take their time to go over the details with you. highly recommend and will 100% be returning!
finally a place i trust to get my oil changed at. it was so fast and they did everything legit, they let me bring my own oil and filter (bit more pricey if u do it this way but i'm picky) i noticed how professional and communicative the mechanics and staff were with each other which made me feel like my car was in good hands.
