Jiffy Lube is GREAT - always. I have been to countless locations across many states over the years with multiple different vehicles. The techs are always super kind (never condescending) and informative. The service is always timely and affordable. I will always recommend Jiffy Lube!
I went in thinking I had to have my oil changed but did not not need it. I even told the guy thank you for his honesty! The regular JL i go to had to be repaired for tornado damage so I had to go to this other location. The people who work at both places are always nice to me and I appreciate not unchanging bit, still offering other services because they are a business.... they need to make money too! I might try this new location next time! ? Oh yeah! And he even offered to air up my tire (again) if it got low..... I am always curb checking ☺️ awesome! Love these guys!
Tommy, the current manager is an amazing guy! Refreshing change for this location! He was very kind and helpful. My experience here was fantastic! In and out the door in about 15mins on an oil change. Everyone there is very nice. Years ago, the manager of this store had all of his workers trying to upsell every customer and not being honest about repairs needed. They would tell me I needed to change my rear differential fluid every time I had my oil changed. This simply wasn't true, they just wanted to charge me an extra $100. So great to see someone in charge that is straight forward and honest.
