It was a long line, but their check-in system did not disappoint. Someone else said that they were there before me, but they were not - per the check-in system. Totally appreciate them getting me into the bay when it was my turn. The crew was so very nice to each other - kind and professional - not only to customers, but each other. It’s good to be surrounded by supportive crew. I’ll be back again.
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube this morning. The guys who assisted me were professional, polite, and genuinely seem to care about providing good customer service. My oil change was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the excellent service, I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your team!
So I put on my big girl pants and got an oil change all by myself for the first time but I was nervous because you know they be trying to take advantage of women cuz what do I know right? Everyone was so sweet and informative. I don’t know what they were showing me but they showed me what they did- my -13% went off and I am now a strong independent women.. thanks everyone!
