I visited this location today and received superb service. The young man used, “please and thank you,” and was very respectful, courteous. He even explained the “top off services,” in between visits, (I don’t recall ever hearing about this, and if I have, it’s been a while?…) Anyway, the best part was not having to get out the car to pay, and walking on oil / slippery floors. I was able to pay on their tablet, from the car. Thank you. Great job, gentlemen. ?
Brought oil and a filter for my service today. There was no line when I pulled up but I only spent 10 minutes at the shop. Everyone was super friendly and nice. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I always leave extremely happy and satisfied.
I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube in Romeoville, IL, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Fernando! From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed (and what it didn’t need—no pressure at all, which I really appreciated). Fernando worked efficiently while still being thorough, and the entire process was smooth and quick. It’s rare to find service that’s both fast and genuinely trustworthy, but this location nailed it. My car is running great, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re coming to this Jiffy Lube, ask for Fernando—he’s the real deal. I’ll definitely be back!
