The team here is always courteous and professional! Jakob greeted me with a warm hospitable welcome by relating to the music he heard me listening to (again). He kept me informed through the process, as others on the team have done in the past. I expected the visit to be longer than what it was (due to the process of approval for my particular vehicle), but they were able to get me in and out in record time! 5 star service repeatedly and this is why I continue to return here (and use Jiffy Lube for most of my vehicle service needs)! Thank you team!
Editing my previous review simply because today's visit was even better than the last service. Junior manages customer check-out with confidence and clear communicatoin - always friend. Mike walked me and made sure to note I could refill my coffee mug with free self-service coffee. And Ryan helped me get back on the road. The whole team (sorry I didn't get all the names) is really stepping up. I go out of my way to get service for my Trax at this location simply for the quality of service.
