Wow!! Great customer service! I hope I get their names right but Caleb and Dom helped me this morning, and I was taken back by how friendly they were. Greeted me right away, gave me an estimated time it would take ( they were faster! ) and were kind and friendly through out the process! Honestly, I hate getting an oil change, but this was so easy and actually a great experience. I thought this would be a one and done ( I usually go somewhere else) but I’ll definitely be coming back to this site. Thank you both!
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Thomas and Cody. They were efficient, honest, and super helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their customer service was excellent, and you can tell they’re both hard workers who really care about doing a good job. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole visit.
I recently came in to get my emissions test and registration renewed and everyone I interacted with was very professional and attentive. I was in and out in no time! They were very helpful with checking everything and making sure my car was in great shape. Caleb was especially helpful and I will definitely be coming back!
