Last week I pulled into my local Jiffy Lube for an oil change, but when I realized it was a longer wait chose to drive off and return the next day. The following morning, a woman approached my car and said she recognized my vehicle from the day before and offered me a discount. It was completely unexpected, but I appreciated the gesture! During the service I mostly dealt with Terrence who was kind and professional.
The staff were great, explaining what I needed, what to expect for the next oil change because my car will be over 60,000 miles at that point. I never felt like anyone was trying to up sell me services I also left spending less than what I thought I would, always a bonus! My car also only had a half a quart of oil in it and no one made me feel bad (even though it was totally my fault). ? Danyell, Devin and Terrance were fantastic and very efficient!
I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Halsey! I brought in my son’s newly used car we just got him it was an Audi A4 after previously going to Valvoline down the street cause that’s where the previous owner used to take it, and I wasn’t happy with the service from Valvoline. I shared my concerns with the jiffy lube team here, and they went above and beyond to really listen and look into everything. They discovered that the wrong engine oil had been used in my vehicle before, which was honestly concerning but I’m so grateful they caught it. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel confident and cared for. It’s not easy finding people you trust with your car, but this team truly earned it. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending them to others. Thank you for your honesty and excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
