I had a great experience at jiffy Lube thanks to Calin. He did an amazing job helping me with my oil change and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure the customer leaves confident and satisfied. I highly recommend asking for Calin if you need help—he made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
These guys were AMAZING! I had an issue with my starter in my KIA and called yesterday and I arrived at the suggested time (I came 30 minutes after open because I manage a retail store and didn’t wanna be that person bum rushing them at open lol) and I had my car diagnosed and my starter changed in less than an hour! They were so kind and fast and very honest and I am so grateful I trusted them with my little Kia! :D
Jonny is the best. I cheated on Valvoline today. And I will not be getting back in bed w them as long as he works here. I also had found out alot more information on my car as well, as I was kept in the shadows. If my wife had not came to this location to get a AC check we wouldn't have found a better technician . He has all my cars coming here for now on. Good job jiffy on finding a great person. It couldn't have gone any better. God Bless you and your amazing crew who took care of me today. ? ? ?
