⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube and wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Daniel and another gentleman who was assisting him during my visit. From the moment I arrived, they were both professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, clearly explained the services being performed, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's not often that you come across a team that is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, but Daniel and his colleague exceeded my expectations in every way. Their positive attitudes and commitment to customer service truly stood out. Thank you both for making what is usually a routine errand such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and will definitely be returning for future service!
Dan was amazing . I was at the 2557 location and he gave me the best service he could .i got my car done on or around the last third week of may and it was very clear that things were not going very well for the day and i will agree as someone who spent 25+ years in the food and service industry as a GM things could have gone better i feel he did the best he could do with what he had. We always want service to go perfect but truth is it doesn’t. I went back to this location on 7/6/2026 because I believe dan is an outstanding employee. We talked about the packers /bears and he will be the reason i will come 20 mins from my home to get my oil changed her.
High quality service, fast. Service techs didn't try to push extra services, but took the time to inform me of any recommended items, and why. They showed me costs up front and they were happy to honor my coupon. Best of all, I got to stay in my vehicle the whole time.
