I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Kevin and Victor. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick, efficient, and I felt confident that my vehicle was being well taken care of. It’s not often you find a team that combines great customer service with quality work, but Kevin and Victor definitely did. I appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and positive attitude. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and would highly recommend this location to others.
The two guys who helped me during lunch hour were incredibly quick, friendly, and communicative. This was my first oil change at Jiffy Lube, and they made the whole process easy and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and their customers. I also really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into extra services like I’ve experienced at Toyota. Because of that, I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my future oil changes!
