I’m glad that Sherly is back at this location. She takes good care of her customers. Their service manager, Carmen, and Sherly are the absolute best team to run this location. I will be recommending this specific location due to them. Services are highlighted by speed, transparent service without aggressive upselling, and friendly staff.
This team is top notch professionals! They got me in right away. They were extremely courteous and got me out the door fast. GREAT WORK!!! Unlike the total train wreck operation known as Walmart who cannot open their operation on time, answer the phone or act courteous. Spend the extra money and go to Jiffy Lube!
In and out. Came in for an oil change on a Tuesday at 4:36 out by 5pm. Efficient and super helpful. Carmen is probably the nicest and sweetest person I've ever encountered from automechanic shop. Her attitude and energy don't match the PNW attitude. Shes giving southern Midwest vibe. Lol. Anyways thanks for the awesome service! ?
