Sebastian was amazing. He offered my daughter and I water, while we waiting in our vehicle. He was so kind. The entire team was calm and friendly. The prices were a little steep. It's double the price of my regular location, but the service is excellent, so I guess you'll have to choose for yourself, which is most important. I typically pay $70. Marysville Jiffy Lube was awesome. the employees were more than helpful. I went into Lake Stevens Jiffy Lube to have an oil change and it didn't turn out so good. I had to go to Marysville and they fixed it, they were more than helpful, they took very good care of me and my car, they went above and beyond. I wish I would have went to Marysville in the first place.
The young men provided exceptional care during our service. The oil change was completed in approximately 10 minutes, the most efficient service we have ever received. Their respectful and courteous demeanor was greatly appreciated. We extend our sincere gratitude for your professionalism.
