I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube #2584. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They explained the services clearly, didn't pressure me into anything unnecessary, and got my vehicle serviced quickly. The whole process was hassle-free. It's nice to find a place that values customer service and respects your time. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend this location to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.
My 6 year old son and I came to Jiffy Lube in Broadway in Everett Wa. I had an amazing experience. Cricket was awesome. She was on the customer side of my experience and she made me feel very comfortable. One of the employees offer my son and I cold water. At the time it was in the 70s and it was great. Caleb and Anthony were great with their work on my vehicle. Over all it was a great experience. I have found a new home for my oil changes because of the staff.
I've been getting my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube for years and it has been consistently a fantastic experience. The current staff there get absolutely top marks in all areas. Service is quick, pricing is great, and the customer service is top notch. At a previous oil change I was speaking with the technician about replacing my headlights and they recommended I do their headlight refinishing service instead at a much lower cost. At my recent visit there, I elected to do the headlight refinishing, and now my headlights look great and are WAY brighter than they were! Thanks to good folks at this Jiffy Lube, I will keep coming back to you!
