I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change and had an outstanding experience thanks to James Blystone and his team. What stood out most was James taking the time to let me know they offer more than just oil changes. I mentioned that my passenger-side seatbelt was broken, and without hesitation, he said they could fix it—and they did an amazing job! The entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. James went above and beyond, and his level of service truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place you can trust with your vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Jiffy Lube and asking for James. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something unexpected, they may just surprise you!
this jiffy lube has been beyond helpful with everything i needed ismael has been the biggest help with my car he’s a very honest and trustful employee.
The guys are respectful and efficient. They immediately got started, they had to order a filter (car specific) and they still got my oil change done in no time! Not all Jiffy’s are the same but I recommend the Keizer store. They even offered vacuuming, which I will do next time :)
