Let me start with just, wow amazing service. I had my oil changed at another jiffy lube and they messed with my filter which caused massive oil leakage. But when I arrived, Robert came straight to me and said he could smell the burning of oil. Without hesitation, he was direct that they would take care of me, no questions asked. I was so surprised knowing that they would just take care of me. The didn’t have the correct filter so they needed to order it right away. However it would cost me additional 15.00 dollars. But that’s when Doug the owner came by and said they would comp it. Without hesitation! I was just blow away with the level of service and then taking care of the problem. They are not associated with the other location so hey didn’t have to do this. But they still did and did with grace. I will be coming back to this specific location moving forward. Thank you Robert and Doug!
My first time at Jiffy Lube. I'll start off with the only reason I came here instead of my usual oil changing place was because of their better coupon. I am beyond pleased that I did. The techs were personable, thorough, and very attentive to every customer there, and they were quite busy for Thursday morning. I was especially grateful they found my rear brakes were in extreme need of replacement. Especially since we're about to leave on a road trip. They managed to address all my car needs in just a few hours. Very impressed. You have a return customer in me, now. Thank you, West Salem Jiffy Lube!
Robert was so helpful and honest: I went in for a brake job and he made sure I only replaced what actually needed to be redone. A previous company had tried to tell me both the front and back sets needed replacement, but he showed me that only the back were worn out. I will definitely be trusting them with my business again in the future!
