Riley, CJ, & Tyler are HEAVEN SENT! Long story short I had an issue that happened *at the monroe location* but was rectified through this Woodinville Location. When I say they took immaculate care of me, I felt more like a VIP than a customer which felt great after my frustrating mishap with the other Location. I drove from Tacoma for the work & let me tell you - the drive was 110% worth it. Customer service, communication transparency - all of it was spectacular. THANKS YOU GUYS ????
CJ at Woodinville Jiffy Lube helped me today when my car suddenly started making loud noises and shaking while driving. He inspected it and found loose lug nuts and missing lug nuts on my front tires, which could have become a serious safety issue. He explained the problem clearly, fixed it quickly, and made sure my car was safe to drive home. I appreciated that he was professional, calm, and honest. He did not push unnecessary services or expensive diagnostics. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for my car needs and today's experience reminded me why. Thank you CJ for helping turn a stressful morning into a safe drive home.
I have traveled many places to get my oil changed and I must say this is my favorite location to go to. I just went for the 3rd time and I will continue to go back to them every time. The employees at this store are friendly, respectful and dependable. I didn't feel the pressure of a upsell like some places I've been to which was really nice. I was informed of a few things I need to look into to help maintain my vehicles performance which I appreciated. I highly recommend this location to others.
