I had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. A full synthetic oil change cost me $112. They checked all the basic fluids and components, showed me what they inspected, and explained anything that needed attention. The service was straightforward, and I was in and out pretty quickly. They also have coupons and promotions available. I was able to get $35 off my service today, which helped bring the cost down. You can usually find better pricing at a local independent mechanic, but if you’re looking for convenience, transparency, and a fast oil change, Jiffy Lube is a solid option.
These employees knocked it out of the park. Elizabeth was efficient and prompt, getting us in and out with all the needed information. Titus was sharp, kind and informative, providing an EXCELLENT example of what quality customer care looks like. I live in Sacramento, but was passing through to go on a hike in Oroville. Next time I need an oil change, I will be making the trip from Sacramento just for the quality service I received at Jiffy Lube on E street.

There was a woman sitting in the waiting room when the technician came in and with her filters Air filter and cabin and told her they both looked really good and they didn’t need to be replaced. Also in the technician that was helping me came in with filters and cabin filter. He stated the air filter could be replaced, but the cabin filter didn’t need to be I had him replaced the air filter, but I replaced the cabin filter a little over a month ago so they’re honest and I really appreciate that.
