“Great Experience!” It’s been many years since I have used these services. It’s been Walmart and now I can’t get in when I drive up. I tried three times over the past three weekly and all three times they said I had to come at 7AM or go online and schedule an appointment. I have never had an appointment and have always been able to get in for an oil change for over 15 years. But not anymore.. Today I went to Jiffy Lube and it’s been a long time! I pulled up and was invited to drive In. I was also greeted within 30 seconds of it took that long. I pulled in and received great service. I received great communication from the moment I arrived. They even call out to each other for accountability on torque pressure, they helped each other and even has the air filter I needed delivered in 10 minutes. I even sat in my SUV and caught up on emails and other iPhone things as they worked on my vehicle. My final thoughts: I will not go back to Walmart! All three of our vehicles will now be going to this location in Richland WA from now on! Thanks Jiffy guys I had a great experience, was impressed with your teamwork and mutual accountability as three of you touched my vehicle. My only challenge is how much oil changes cost these days but I will smile and keep a good attitude! I drive a high mileage Kia and asked for some extra TLC today to keep it running. My hope is when you drive up you will receive the same amazing experience that I had today. I asked permission from the leader to take these photos!

I want to thank your service guys at this station, this is the only store I go to for my oil changes. It will also be the one I come to for oil checks. I came here today after going to Jiffy Lube on West Canal, who would not top off my oil after checking that it was low. I was under my next service mileage by over 2,000 miles. I pulled in here and your guys were fast, knowledgeable and efficient and I am thankful for that service.
