Have gone here multiple times, the service is excellent. They are definitely worth it if your car requires a lot of maintenance. The techs also explain everything thoroughly to make sure you get the best service. I would highly recommend.
Went there with a dead battery and the manager Jeff took care of me. He was polite and very upfront with the process. He said I have to charge it before I can replace it . He tried charging it and it didn’t work so he gave me a new battery and offer to put it in the car. This was true customer service.
Initially, I made a phone call to this location in Pasco, Josh was so nice on the phone. It was worth driving half hour to get here. I asked if we could check my oil and see if it needed to be topped off and he said absolutely no problem. I came here to get my air conditioning charged back up. All I can say is you won’t get better air conditioning service for your vehicle then at this Jiffy Lube. And if you need a good recommendation for lunch, ask Luis Where the best Mexican food is, and he won’t steer you wrong. I priced checked multiple locations in the Tri-Cities for a good price and I got my best price here.
