I want to say thank you to Mason and to the 2 other guys that were there today, I went in because I wasn't sure if I was due for an oil change. Mason looked up my information and confirmed that it had only been 2,000 miles since my last oil change. He, along with the other guys there, proceeded to top off my oil (with the oil I'd brought) they showed me where the oil mark should be on the stick thingy and sent me on my way. No charge. I've brought my car here before too when the exclamation point turns on on my dashboard. It's very nice to have a place where I can go when the little lights turn on on my 2009 scion xb. :) My xb may burns oil, the headlights may be foggy and the bumper may be a little lose, but the guys at this location keep it going ? Thank you.
Great customer service, staff show great knowledge of their craft, as well as being extremely friendly. I brought my car in, it was the end of the day, I assumed they would not be able to help me with my issue. But the staff went beyond and stay late to help me fix the issue I had. Thank you guys so much if you read these! I appreciate you and your time!
Brought in our Dodge 2500. First of all you know you’re getting great service when the first thing you hear is “beautiful truck”. It was so sweet of them to ask if I was comfortable driving into the bay myself. Lol but once in they took the time to thoroughly inspect and inform me of what we needed. They were even better with letting me see what they were taking out and putting in. Windows cleaned and vacuumed. Thank you! What a great Team you have Jake.
